Now Downey is ensuring that Indio Downey is getting the treatment he needs. Indio chas entered a rehab facility in Malibu following his arrest for having cocaine on Sunday.

The 20-year-old was pulled over in the car from the L.A. County Sheriff's deputy while driving in West Hollywood. The illicit drugs were found during a search from the vehicle. "Unfortunately, there's a genetic component to addiction and Indio has likely inherited it," Downey Jr said. We're told Indio Downey would be a passenger in a car at around 2 PM PT when cops drove up with the vehicle and noticed the passenger was smoking something away from a pipe. An L.A. County Sheriff's deputy pulled the automobile over, did looking and allegedly found cocaine in Indio's possession. He was arrested and taken to jail for possessing cocaine. Two other people were travelling in the vehicle with Indio Downey, but only he was arrested.
20-year-old Indio - who appeared in "Kiss Kiss Bang Bang - posted his $10K bail and premiered just after midnight Sunday. Robert Downey Jr. famously struggled with drug addiction and found themselves in prison. The drugs that got him in a great deal trouble -- cocaine and heroin.
